drillthrough filter is a possible solution but you have to add several elements for this solution (new page, new sales visual on this page). So i go with AC

The AB is correct answer lets suppose we have multiple values in column now we possibly select only one value in table then it will show information regarding that row only but if we use slicer then all the summarize info get reflected in visual line chart and similarly in drillthrough we have to put particular column so that it will redraw the line chart

Drillthrough filter could work in case there would be a "geography hierarchy" (e.g. Region - City, drilling down you could break down a specific city in its cities) but that would be a hard assumption. With only available details from the question, slicer (option A) and a table with regions in the rows field (with right interactions table - line chart)

A & B would have to be the correct answers because "Each correct answer presents a complete solution" and B can be used by itself to accomplish the request.

I think the answer is correct (A/B), and this again is a trick question. Each correct answer is a complete solution. How do you change a table visual to filter to a certain region - you would need the slicer for it, but thats not part of C.
